Legal Fees and Litigation Responsibility
Should any client or third party attempt to initiate a lawsuit, arbitration, chargeback, or any legal dispute against Electrical Solution of marion LLC or its affiliates, whether successful or not, the client agrees to be fully responsible for all legal expenses incurred by Electrical Solution of marion LLC. These expenses include, but are not limited to:

This applies regardless of the lawsuit outcome, meaning the client agrees to cover these costs even if Electrical Solution of marion LLC does not prevail in the legal action.
Payment Redaction and Chargebacks
If any client reverses, redacts, cancels, or disputes any payments made to [Your Company Name] through any means—including but not limited to credit card chargebacks, ACH reversals, or payment holds—Electrical Solution of marion LLC reserves the right to pursue immediate legal action. The client will be held liable for the full amount disputed, plus any and all legal, administrative, and travel-related costs associated with recovery of the payment. These costs shall include attorney’s fees, court filing costs, and travel expenses such as fuel, hotel, meals, and transportation.
Acknowledgment
By engaging in business with Electrical Solution of marion LLC, the client affirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Return and Refund Policy. This agreement shall be binding, irrevocable, and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
